The virtual TPV (SIS) is a device established to work in totally sure way by Internet : on one hand it verifies the validity of the card, its operating and the authentification of the holder by contacting the bank of issue and on the other hand endorses that Kréola is a recognized company and guarantee the deal

L'exchange of data between a customer and the shop is coded under the prorocol SSL which prevents the interception of the information by a third party so assuring the confidentiality.

The data of the card are not known of KREALO, this information is only stored by the virtual TPV, Consequently all the deals will arrange all the guarantees of safety, confidentiality and integrity for the participing agents.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT

Our advanced system of management of stocks supplies the on-line information about the availability of the product in our shops. If we do not indicate the opposite, the product is available on stock, If the text ''temporaly empty'' appears it means that the product is in shortage for the moment, in that case appears the icon : are you interested in this item ? When you click above it generates automatically an e-mail which is sent to us so that your interest in the product is registered and we shall inform you immediately about its availability.

In normal circumstances, we need 24 hours for the preparation of an order, to this delay it is necessary to add the time of transport which will depend on its destination. In any case, will not be considered as working days every Saturdays, on Sundays and local or national holidays.

If for any motive, we could not supply the selected and paid products, the corresponding amount would be paid off on the credit card within the time limit of 48 hours (2 working days)

SENDINGS AND DELIVERY TIME

Kréalo send its orders with the agency of urgent transport. For the sendings aimed at Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal the fast service will be realized between 24/72 hours. In case of possible delay the maximum deadline can achieve 72 hours.

The orders for Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands to the amount of 80 euros (inclusive VAT) will be carriage paid sent and the orders of a value lower than this amount will be increased by 6 euros (inclusive VAT) to cover administrative expenses and transport.

The orders aimed at Portugal will be carriage paid sent to 90 euros (inclusive VAT). The orders of a lower amount will be increased by 6 euros (inclusive VAT) on the cover of administrative expenses and transport.

When the order will go out of our store, you will receive an e-mail indicating its reference and the number of delivery of the carrier. If you need some clarification you can always contact us on info@krealo.es

RETURNS

If you were not satisfied with the product, Kréalo pays off to you the amount of the purchase

To return the product you have a deadline of 30 days as from its reception. For it you have to send an e.mail to info@krealo.es with indication of the number of the order and the number of the delivery. You also have to mention the reasons of the request of return. Our customer service will get in touch with you in the shortest possible delay. Excepted in case of negligence on behalf of Krealo, the return will be carriage paid made.

For acceptance of return it is essential that Krealo receives the product in perfect condition and in its original packing.

If a product is considered defective, the seller will have to proceed, if necessary in the repair, the substitution, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract, these actions which will be free for the consumer and the user. The consumer and the user will have to inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from the aware of the existence of the problem.
